"We absolutely love the GF pizza crust. I double the batch for my boys , they love thick crust, and just a thin crust for me. However, I do add garlic, italian seasoning blend and parsley to the crust mixture. What I have found to be the key is to bake the crust for 10-12 minutes with no toppings (for the thick crust) and 8-10 for the thin. This helps the sauce go on easier and not soak in and then just add the rest of your toppings and bake until nice and golden :o) We love it!!"

"Bisquick~ WAY TO GO!!! These were awesome dumplings. I always used the regular bisquick for my dumplings until 3 years ago when my youngest son was diagnosed with celiac. As soon as I found the gluten free mix I made chicken and dumplings for my family. They were soo excited and could hardly wait to eat. Each had second and third helpings. I think that says it all right there, you made my kids happy, which makes me happy :o) Thank you so much Bisquick, you've made my life a bit easier."
