Cherry-Fudge Cheesecake Dessert
This is the most indulgent, sublime, chocolaty mass of goodness ever! Here's a tip regarding the crust: I always line my springform pan with parchment paper, (just trace the bottom of the pan onto the paper then cut out the circle and insert into the pan.)Pat the crust right onto the paper.)After baking and when its been fully refrigerated unmold the cake and slide it with parchment paper onto a serving plate. No sticking to the bottom of the pan!
