18 Layer Red Velvet Cake
I am a little confused. So you keep putting batter onto the cooked layers in the same three pans. You do not take each Layer (of red and white cake )out of the pan after baking for 8 to 10 minutes and use an empty pan for the next layers? So the first layers are cooked for almost 24 to 30 minutes while the top layer is only cooked for 8 to 10 minutes?? Wouldn't the bottom layers be dry when completed? I hope I worded this correctly? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
