"I had a lot of garden vegetables to use up so I put potatoes, zuchinni, tomatoes, green beans, carrots and onions in the recipe with the spices indicated. It tasted very good, and really made quite a big casserole! I would make it again. It is a nice side to a meal. Good for vegetarians!"

"I made one of these wraps, and it was very good. It was easy to put together, and something you can make when you are in a hurry. To make it more nutritious, use a multi-grain tortilla and low-fat peanut butter. I sprinkled some cinnamon on it and it tasted good. I would give in a five star rating!"
