Gluten-Free Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
This turned out pretty good but was a little bland. With ketchup it tasted great. I'm trying to think of something I could add to give it more flavor still before I try it again.....

Gluten-Free Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie
This turned out pretty good. I did have to add an extra tablespoon of water to the crust to make it possible to work into a bowl. I didn't love the crust - I might try with a graham cracker (gluten free of course) crust sometime, but the pie was pretty delicious. The rest of my family enjoyed it as well (and they aren't gluten free).

Gluten-Free Harvest Pumpkin Spice Bars
Scrumptious! Made these last night as a pre-Thanksgiving test. Definitely passes as a tasty treat for Thanksgiving. You can't even tell it's Gluten Free. Definitely add the raisens, it adds that extra oomph. We didn't do walnuts as I don't like nuts. Would highly recommend!!

Gluten-Free Impossibly Easy Breakfast Bake
This recipe was delicious! I made it for my husband and friend who both loved it (neither of them are gluten free). The leftovers were terrific as well both on day 2 and 3! I wouldn't change anything about this recipe and I can't wait to make it again!

Gluten-Free Sausage Cheese Balls
I took the advice of a prior reviewer and doubles the sausage amount. They turned out delicious! I served them hot with Kraft's BBQ sauce (the original is gluten free). They were divine! I served them at a cocktail party (where I am the only gluten free person) and everyone loved them. Many asked for the recipe and couldn't believe that they were gluten free! YAY!

Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Layer Bars
Holy heck these were absolutely scrumptious! Keep in mind I've never baked anything in my life, so I was really worried these would come out horribly. I followed the recipe to a tee. My husband and Father (neither of whom are gluten free) LOVED them. My husband polished off the entire pan in one weekend. haha. My hint would be to let them refridgerate for more than an hour so that they solidify a bit more and can be eaten by hand. If you only wait an hour they are still a bit crumbly and you need a fork. 6 thumbs up from me!!!!
