"Look no further for THE Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe that rocks! I wrote a review for the Ultimate C.C. Cookie recipe, which I thought these were the original Betty Crocker recipe...Until I made these! If you have tried Ultimate and loved it, you will love these 10x more. THIS is the original recipe! I made them for a wedding and everyone went crazy for them. Simply delicious, even better when you add chopped walnuts, and they are to-die-for dunked in milk! Note - The batter for this recipe is VERY stiff. Follow the recipe EXACTLY as written and do NOT add any other ingredients to make the dough softer. The best way to mix the dough is with your hands and knead it, but I will admit that my hands were a little tired after. Nonetheless, it was worth it!!!"

"Delicious! Caution with this recipe, you might have to add more coconut flakes and flour than is called for in the recipe. After mixing all ingredients together, the batter wasn't thick enough and the cookie drops were too runny and spread flat on the cookie sheet. I had to run to the store to buy another 2 bags of coco flakes, and I added about another 1/4 cup of flour. The batter was still a little runny but they still came out really good, especially with the melted chocolate chips drizzled over the top. I didn't like how they tasted when they were still warm, but once they had cooled completely and the chocolate drizzle, they were delicious...mmmmm, this one's a winner!! :)"

"I finally found the original recipe that my Mom & I used to make 30 years ago. As far as chocolate chip cookies go, it doesn't get any better than this... @jobrojoe - no there is no mixing agent and one is not required. The best way to mix the dough is with your hands, and as mentioned in the recipe, it will be a 'stiff' dough but there is enough butter to make it sticky enough. Do NOT add any other ingredients and the cookies will come out perfectly!!"
