"This was outstanding! I used the apple juice like you all recommended, and I put the sweet potatos in for the last 2 hours> That was key to the yummyness of the potatos. I then took the juice and drippings and made gravy it was sooo good with the onions, garlic, and pieces of meat and potato. A family pleaser!!"
