Maple Pork Chop Dinner
"Pretty tasty! I followed others' advice and baked the biscuits separately, plus sprinkled some cinnamon (not much) into my maple syrup before spreading over porkchops and sweet potatoes. Sprinkled cinnamon over the final product, too, and it made a nice presentation! I used sugar-free syrup (have diabetics at home) and the dish still had a great flavor."

Turkey Oven Sandwich
"This turned out fabulous, though I took other reviewers' comments to heart when I prepared it -- and tweaked the recipe quite a bit. Added tons of spices to the ground turkey, including garlic salt and Italian seasoning, and that really added some kick. I also included fresh, chopped tomatoes and raw onion before it was baked. Loved this recipe because it was easy to cut down on the calories. I used low-fat mayo, fat-free sour cream and 2% shredded cheese -- and it still tasted great! The sauce is so creamy and delicious. Plus, it was easy to customize for the pickier eaters in my house... my sister, for example, got a "sandwich" (definitely eat this one with a knife and fork) without tomatoes and onion, but with extra cheese. Different and tasty!"

Definitely don't skip out on the lime zest -- it really adds punch, flavor and color to these, plus makes for a better presentation. The second batch I made included only green sprinkles and lime-flavored sugar (I didn't have a lime handy) and they were still delicious, but not quite as impressive. Also, added more green food coloring to mine to make them extra green!"

This turned out fabulous, though I took other reviewers' comments to heart when I prepared it -- and tweaked the recipe quite a bit. Added tons of spices to the ground turkey, including garlic salt and Italian seasoning, and that really added some kick. I also included fresh, chopped tomatoes and raw onion before it was baked. S'mores Cupcakes

Absolutely loved these cupcakes! Like some others, I made a few changes: most notably that I made my own graham cracker crumbs by smashing cinnamon grahams in a bag, and also used mini-chocolate baking chips instead of chopping milk chocolate candy. As a garnish, too, I sprinkled some mini-chocolate chips on top of the frosting -- which was delicious! Overall, a really great recipe. My friends, coworkers and family all loved it.
