"Great chili. I make this all the time. I use 2 lbs ground chicken and throw in some corn and a few tablespoons of corn meal to thicken. We top ours with s.cream, cheese, cilantro and pickled jalepenos."

"I love this meal because the ease and versatility. I add liquid smoke to hamburger while frying it if I want a kick i use spicy cheese. I followed the batter recipe as is and do agree with others that the batter should be thicker, but that's an easy fix! Yummy!!"
