"This is a story from my childhood and my grandmother's kitchen. Grandma had a Hoosier cabinet where she kept all her spices and seasonings, amidst other things. She made everything from scratch. She used to make homemade egg noodles and let them dry on"

"Help, I have had to replace my plain aluminum tube pan with a non-stick coated tube pan - there are no plain aluminum pans available that I can find. My Betty Crocker angel food cake mix burned badly in this new pan. Any suggestions on how to avoid this"
