Turtle Tart
"I will not make this tart again. I used a 10" tart pan with removable bottom. The cookies crust does rise up very high when baked and must be flattened down about 8 minutes out of the oven in order for the filling to fit. I used a spatula and my hands to flatten it while still warm. One Kraft bag of caramels is enough for this recipe. The caramel and pecan mixture is delicious but was overpowered by the chocolate on top. The cookies crust wasn't great either...the tastes didn't blend well together. If I was to do this again, I would use a store-bought graham cracker crust (not the frozen kind) and double the caramel/pecan mixture. I would drizzle chocolate on the top but not have a solid layer like this recipe requires. I would also add some confectioner's sugar to sweeten the chocolate taste. Will not be making again. :( "

Pumpkin Cookies with Browned Butter Frosting
"These pumpkin cookies are AMAZING!!! I really like pumpkin so I added a full can of pumpkin...the pumpkin flavor turned out awesome! I also added 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg and ginger and doubled the amount of cinnamon as suggested by another reviewer. These are sooo easy and have come out perfect every time I have made them. You can make large cookies (4") or smaller cookies. I didn't want to mess with the browned butter frosting so the first time, I made cream cheese icing which was a yummy combination. However, the second time I made these cookies, I used store-bought buttercream frosting and it was DELICIOUS combination and sooo much easier than making homemade icing. I will make these often!"

Turkey Cupcakes
"I made these cupcakes for the kids at Thanksgiving and they were a huge hit! They were soooo cute and very easy to make! I found the candy corn at Target and piped on white frosting for the eyes and placed black nonpareils for the pupils. I didn't think the extra icing line on the back was necessary and also didn't prefer the look of the sprinkles. These were very easy to make and oh so adorable! Will make again!"
