"You can always add some instant pudding, yogurt,or sour cream to moisten any cake...even a little mayo will do the trick. Since it is a loaf & not a large cake, I would use one half cup of the yogurt, mayo, or sour cream. If you use instant pudding, use one fourth cup of dry mix. Try it...you might have to adjust the measurements if it is not moist enough. Good luck."

Glazed Lemon Pound Cake
