I love this recipe! My English class at college loved this snack. I made the crust on a cookie sheet with sides and cut the pieces into squares to make it easier to carry and eat. Also, it helps if you put the fruit on a paper towel and dry them off a little after you chop/slice them. I can't wait to make it again.

Ultimate Chocolate-Cappuccino Cookie Cups
These were absolutely amazing. If you mix it by hand, you will have to knead the dough together to get it to blend thoroughly. In the frosting I substituted 1 tbs. of instant coffee for the liqueur. For extra decoration, I added a dollop of cool whip on top of the frosting, then added the coffee bean. It is a great recipe and really simple, any coffee lover will go crazy for these!
