I ALSO ALTERED THE INGREDIENTS A BIT ADDING SAUTEED CHALOTS, GARLIC, PARSLEYSALT AND WHITE PEPPER IN THE BOTTOM HALF (THE BODY) AND FOR THE HEAD I SAUTEED ONE SERANO CHILE FINELY CHOPPED, GREEN ONION INCLUDING GREEN PORTIONS AND TOMATOE AFTER REMOVING THE SEEDS AND CORE, PLUS SALT AND PEPPER. yummmmm...OH I DIDN'T FIND CHEDDAR CHEESE SO I USED PROVOLONE IN THE BODY AND MANCHEGO IN THE HEAD!"
