"Dry and Tough ??? Propbably not hot enough grill. Try very hot grill to sear the meat and add that initial blast of flavor. They will cook quickly, so do not abandon them while cooking. You will be surprised how short your cooking time needed really is"

Gas or Charcoal?
"Truth is you can find use for both. As was stated before, if in a hurry nothing beats the speed of using gas. If you have the time, nothing compares to the taste you can get from charcoal. Best for Steaks........Charcoal"
