"For a quick easy dinner, this was great! I almost added the Kick it Up Ketchup (with tabasco) instead of regular ketchup. I might try that next time. I also made some additional biscuits and threw some cheese in it too...this made a really good dinner along with a tossed green salad."

"What an interesting combination of ingredients, white vinegar and ginger! I think it made them a delightful cookie. I made half the dough in pink and left the remainder as is and then frosted the pink cookies with pale pink frosting and the other half of the cookies I frosted with bright red. They were very pretty. I will have to try making them again and layer the cookies as the recipe suggests. I sent these to work with my husband and they were a hit, everyone asked for the recipe."

Impossibly Easy Italian Chicken Pie
