Grilled Peach- and Mustard-Glazed Pork Tenderloin
I was very skeptical about the Dijon and peach glaze, and thought my children definitely wouldn't like it, but I made it anyway. I splurged on the expensive cut of pork and started cooking. I still wasn't convinced after mixing the ingredients. I thought it smelled kind of bad, but I pressed on and fired up the grill. I was totally amazed at how delicious this recipe was, and shocked at how my children (ages 3-10) loved it. It is very rare when everyone at the table including my husband is oohing and ahhing as they ate! We remake this one for sure!! thanks Betty!!
