"This is the easiest and best layered pea salad. You'll love it. 1 head of lettuce, shredded 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 bag frozen peas, blanched Light mayo or miracle whip 1 bag shredded parmesan 1 bag fritos (crushed) Layer lettuce, onion, peas"
