Pumpkin Cheesecake
"I guess I didn''t read the part where it said springform pan, so the batter ended up making 2 regular sized pies! I have always been the one to make pumpkin pie during Thanksgiving and thought I would give this a try this year and it was excellent! The only change I made was my own version of pumpkin pie spice which is cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and ground cloves. Use about twice as much cinnamon as the other ingredients and notice the difference. This has now become a new family tradition!"

Jamaican Jerk Chicken
"This was one of my first recipes I tried off of here and I wasn''t greatly impressed. Most of the ingredients I had to go out and buy, and it created such a mess! This wouldn''t have been so bad if anyone in my house would''ve ate it. I''m the only one who ate it (I''m not a picky eater) and I only got through half of one piece of chicken. This is a waste of time and money."

Turkey-Pasta Pie
"This meal is very filling and easy to make and the ingredients are rather inexpensive for someone with an unstocked cubbard. As in taste, the only seasoning it calls for is a little Italian seasoning which makes the whole dish a little bland. On the other hand, though, younger children like bland. My two year old daughter loved it (she''s very picky) and my next door neighbor''s 11 year old almost gulped in one bite. I would add a little more cheese and maybe a little bit of spice. Great stuff!"
