"I substituted Italian diced tomatoes for the tomato soup, used the green beans instead of broccoli, and added a 1-2 tsp of Italian seasoning and this was a hit at our house. My 4 year old was the first to be done! I served it with a lettuce/cucumber/tomato salad and Crescent Rolls. Yummy!"

Tomato-Vegetable Stroganoff

I substituted Italian diced tomatoes for the tomato soup, used the green beans instead of broccoli, and added a 1-2 tsp of Italian seasoning and this was a hit at our house. My 4 year old was the first to be done! I served it with a lettuce/cucumber/tomato salad and Crescent Rolls. Yummy!
