Winter Fruit Waldorf Salad Waldorf salad is "best" made by using similar ingredients but leaving out the following orange creme yogurt,pears,orange juice,raisins,dates,and shredded lettuce. This sounds more like recipe for a horse or a very hungry goat as written. I will stick with the more original and tradional Waldorf salad my families favorite and has been for many years. It realy sounds like the person or persons who came up with this "concoction" evidently could'nt figure out if the were making a salad,fruit punch or cleaning out their refriderator. Mr Food your not.
