"I just wanted to say use your microwave short cut if you are pressed for time. Slow baking your little sugar pumpkins brings out the natural sugars. You loose a lot of flavor in your microwave."

"I have used this batter with and without the chili powder. I not only use it on fish but onion rings, okra, squash ect... Have never had anything but compliments. You will not be disappointed in this recipe. The green chili tarter the adults like but the kids were not thrilled."

"Have used this recipe a few times now and no matter what I fry in this it gets gobbled up. I have fried several different types of fish, onion ring (a definite fav of the familys) squash (yellow and zuccini), cucumbers, red and yellow pepper rings, I have even battered carrot sticks and green beans. Thanks for this recipe, it''s great!!"
