Crunchy Nacho Dogs
"This was an okay way to eat hot dogs, nothing special. With the amount of prep work required for this low level of nutritive value, I would just as soon serve corn dogs -- delicious, bad for you, and you just have to take them out of the freezer."

Family Sausage Supper

We used some hot and spicy smoked sausage with jalapeno, which was good. My husband said "even the broccoli tastes good in this!" success.

Healthified Spinach and Rice Casserole

This recipe was a good way to get rid of some fresh spinach I had in fridge. It did get my husband to eat brown rice and veggies, but overall not a recipe I would remember or crave.

S’mores Thumbprint Cookies
Rating:
My cookies were about 2 1/2 inches big, but the batch only made 24 of them. I used 5 marshmallows and 2 chocolate bars on each cookie. They were fun to eat, the cookie itself was a little wierd because it tasted like a soft graham cracker.
