Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
The pot pie came out very good;I cut the chicken breast into small chunks and boiled it for a few min;also cut potatoes into small chunks and boiled it with frozen mixed vegetables. Mixed & seasoned the meat, veggies and soup mixture with Ms. Dash (usually don't use too much salt, cause there is already enough sodium in the condensed soup mix)Oh don't forget to add milk with the soup. The only difference from original recipe was I used 2 cans of the condensed soup instead of 1- so it's not dry like I read in other reviews dish being a little on the dry side. Second thing was- ovens vary of course....instead of having oven at 400 I had it at 375 for about 35-45 minutes/until the crust was a beautiful golden brown.
This was a perfect recipe choice after Hurricane Sandy hit.
