"I made a roast for my husband just last night and it was so easy! He loved it so much he ate almost the whole thing! I did about a 2.5-3 pound roast and this is what i put in 2 pkgs Lipton Onion Soup Mix 2-3 Large Carrots cut into thick slices 2-3 Large"
