"Unbelievable!! My husband has an automatic aversion to Hamburger Helper ("that's kids food") but with this recipe he never knew. Lots of veggies from the food processer or diced real tiny make it a super healthy meal - especially for the kids who don't usually eat them. We'll definitely have it again."

"Great energy snack. Add dried apricots and pecans for extra fiber; increases flavor too. Calorie content needs to be adjusted. I agree need to spread in larger pan so they're thinner...and fewer calories per bar!"

"Texas barbecue ribs are best! But when I don't want the day long hassle, this recipe is a terrific second. Easy, no major mess in the kitchen, tasty to the whole family - even the picky eater - and compliments to the cook. My kind of ribs!!"
