Slow Cooker Three-Bean Beer Pot
"yummmy! These beans were really good and super easy! We ate them for dinner, no main dish or anything because we enjoyed them so much. Would definitely not hesitate to bring them to a pot luck....I had fun teasing my family about the "secret ingredient." Fed our family of 5 easily with enough leftover for me for lunch!"

Pumpkin Waffles with Maple-Apple Syrup
"These were super! I like them even without syrup. Don't bother with adding the apple stuff to the syrup - didn't like that at all. "

Slow Cooker Marinara Sauce with Mozzarella Cheese Dip
"thought this was really good. I made it as an appetizer for my montlhy scrapbook club and everyone really liked having a "different" type of warm appetizer. I think it would be a great base for an easy dinner. We talked about using wide noodles and making a quick lasagna with it or just tossing it with any pasta and in fact that is what I did with the leftovers! "

Ham and Corn Casserole
"It was good, but mine turned out to be more of a "bread" texture than casserole. It still tasted good and would be great with chili or other kind of soup."

Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Corn Stuffing
"This was a hit with the whole family including 10-year-old daughter and 60-year-old parents. The corn stuffing is really good!"

Cheesy au Gratin Potatoes
Rating:
Yummy! didn't even bother with bread crumbs. really liked the "more done" edges that were slightly crispy. ended up adding more potatoes than recipe called for and it was still very good.

Chocolate Cheerios® Marshmallow Hearts
Rating:
yummy, goey, chocolatey! My daughter, 10, and I made these. very good, but very sweet. we cut them in squares rather than hearts. I think you could use generous cups 4-1/4 to 4-1/2 cups) of cheerios in the chocolate mixture as it seemed I had additional goey mixture oozing down into the marshmellow.
