"These were very easy to make and they were good. I made these twice. Lessons learned from first time: Don't need that much butter - I only used a couple tablespoons the 2nd time and used more shredded cheese. The cheese helps glue the ingredients together and you don't have that 'greasy' feel from the butter. "

"I made this for a party. People loved them (many asked to take one on the road when they leave). They are easy to make and they look like professional dessert! Thanks to tips from others, you do NOT need the icing or candy sprinkles - too sweet. I skipped those, only used 3/4 cup powder sugar instead of a cup and they were PLENTY sweet. I will use only 1/2 cup powder sugar next time. I put a slice of strawberry for decoration. "

"My husband is also a picky eater and he really likes this! Easy to make! Couldn't find the Progresso Soup until recently and took other's recommendation to use 1 can of Campbell Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup and 1/2 can of nacho cheese soup as substitue. Both ways (with the Progresso soup or the cream of ck\nacho cheese soup combo) worked great and came out tasting pretty similar surprisingly. I like the Progresso soup slightly better."

"A friend made this and I had to get this recipe! This was delicious and easy to follow instructions! At the end, make sure you let the bars totally cool before putting in the frig though or condensation would form (I found 30 min wasn't long enough time to cool). Thanks for the recipe! "

I am a novice baker, and did search for a video on how to roll the cake, but had no problem making this roll cake first time. The cake is delicious, not too sweet, not too heavy, just right.
