Cuban-Style Tilapia Salad I prepared this last night with a couple of adjustments. My mom is visiting us and does not eat tilapia. I prepared it with fresh salmon instead which changed the time it needed to be broiled as it was a large side of salmon. I also left out the mint as I didn't have any fresh. This meal was a big hit! Even my toddler enjoyed it. As the others said, it is very light. The dressing is very tasty and, for me at least, had a unique flavor that was mild and enjoyed by all.
