"Made these for my husband's Bible study group and they raved over them. An interesting thing happened when he got into his car to drive home, amazingly the first song to come on the radio was "Lime in the Coconut", can you believe that? Oh by the way I too will bake the crust less time, especially since it has to bake some more after you put the cream cheese mixture on top."

"Lime in the Coconut" Frosted Cheesecake Bars

Made these for my husband's Bible study group and they raved over them. An interesting thing happened when he got into his car to drive home, amazingly the first song to come on the radio was "Lime in the Coconut", can you believe that? Oh by the way I too will bake the crust less time, especially since it has to bake some more after you put the cream cheese mixture on top.
