Spritz Candy Cane Cookies
These had a great peppermint flavor, not to strong or overpowering. However, I couldn't use my cookie press to make "canes" so I used a different shape instead and sprinkled with crushed peppermint candy. Just a little tip: make sure you crush the candy very fine, almost like sugar. It is easier to sprinkle on cookie that way.

Hot Pretzel Bites
These were pretty good. They taste a lot like the kind you buy in the frozen food section of the grocery store. however, they took me way longer to cook than the 8-10 minutes suggested in recipe. Also, not sure I would dip them in egg. Going to try it without the egg next time and see what I get.

Glazed Eggnog Spritz
I had my doubts about this cookie because there was no eggnog in the recipe but I was delightfully surprised. They are fantastic! Taste just like eggnog and light and delicate. Love them and will definitely be adding these to my holiday cookie list.
@Allegheny2012 - try not baking the cookies quite as long. I experimented with times and the cookies I baked 10 minutes or until the edges were browned were definitely dry but when I baked them for 8 or 9 minutes they were perfect and delicious.

We weren't crazy about this soup. There isn't enough broth to call it a soup as far as I am concerned. I added extra broth but then it didn't seem to have a whole lot of flavor. Don't think I would make this again.
had the soup again the next day and it was better but the broth was soaked up by the tortellini
