Alfajores (Dulce de Leche Sandwich Crème Cookies)
If you want to make your own Dulce de Leche, just do this: Put an unopened can of sweetened condensed milk into a Pressure Pot with water covering the can, as soon as the Pressure valve whistles or moves, count 20 minutes, turn off the pot, let it cool, take your can out of it and enjoy it. By the way, the Dulce de Leche is not from México, it's from Argentina. We have something very similar and delicious call "Cajeta" that is made with goat's milk. Hope this help you all!
