Salty Nutty Peanut Bars
"These are unbelievably good ! They taste just like a Payday candy bar. Initially they were gooey, but after refrigerating them as recommended, they turned out nice and firm with a fudge-like chew. They would be great to serve at a party. I will definitely make them again (and try not to eat the whole pan by myself !) "

Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
"This is a very good recipe. The meat was tender and the onions and sauce were very delicious and flavorful. I added red pepper flakes and a dash of liquid smoke. I will definitely make this again...on warmed onion rolls with a side of coleslaw."

Mou Shu Chicken Wraps
"These were really scrumptious and very special. They are worth the small effort to make. They would be a delightful finger dish at a shower or a party. The only thing I did different was that I did not use fresh plums. I simply melted down some plum jam and mixed in a little hoisen sauce. I will definitely make these again; probably for a special occasion."

Chicken Breasts with Creamy Mushroom Gravy
"I like this recipe. I substituted Worcestershire sauce for the soy sauce, and also added in a few sprinkles of granulated chicken bouillon. I also seasoned the Bisquick for dipping with poultry seasoning and a garlic powder seasoning blend. Initially, the sauce was very thick and goopy, but after adding some water to the pan, it thinned out nicely; it was very good on top of mashed potatoes. I will definitely make this again."

No-Bake Peanutty Clusters
"This is fabulous! I wanted to make a quick dessert and decided to give this a try. I used a bag of butterscotch chips, dry-roasted peanuts, 2 cups all-bran cereal ( I didn't have any chow mein noodles on hand), and 1/4 cup flaked coconut-they turned out so good I can't stop eating them ! It's quick, easy, and you can use just about anything on hand and it will come out delicious. "

Boneless Buffalo Chicken Appetizers
Rating:
Wow, this is so good ! I marinated the chicken all day and couldn't believe how the flavors permeated the meat. Once the chicken was cooked through I cranked the heat up to high to evaporate most of the liquid off and the marinade transformed itself into a delightfully sticky sauce that coated the chicken. It was fabulous alongside of macaroni and cheese and green beans. I will definitely make this again.

I wanted to use up a half head of cabbage I've had so I decided to try this recipe. It was very very good. So good that I plan on making it for dinner the next time I have friends over.

Cheese Enchiladas Verde
Rating:
At first I was hesitant to try this recipe because I've never cooked with a green sauce before. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that it is extremely tasty, so good in fact that I could've easily eaten the whole pan myself if no one else liked it...however it was an all-around hit. I love this website !

California Chicken BLT Salad
Rating:
This is absolutely delicious and very simple. I substituted roasted turkey white lunchmeat for the chicken, so it was like a turkey club pasta salad. My husband doesn't like cold pasta so I served it while it was still warm and we loved it. I also enjoyed it cold the next day for lunch. This will be a hit anywhere you take it.
