"This is a great bread.The first time I made it I followed the recipe but the second time I decided to try something.I used white chocolate chips and chocolate caramel pieces, delish. It''s a totally different effect. The caramelization, the taste not all that much but you get little caramel, gooey pieces which is a great surprise."

"I love the flavour that the spices gave this bread. I didn''t have rum extract so I used rum but there was no overwhelming rum taste. My bread didn''t look anything like the picture provided but it was still a good bread. I used sweet setting medium crust."
