"My baby sister asked me to make some biscotti with my Christmas cookie selection, "something with dried cherries" she said. I made these and my husband, who is not a biscotti fan, could NOT keep his hands out of the cookie jar! The best biscotti I have ever had. Yum! If there is anyone out there who wants to try a biscotti recipe for the first time, I suggest this one - a guaranteed hit."
