I love this recipe not only for the refreshing taste, but for the beautiful presentation. It does take time, but only because you have to wait for each layer to set before adding another. The actual time involved is not that much, and you can keep coming back to it while you do other things in between. Highly recommended!

Because of the amount of soy sauce in this recipe, it''s very salty. I liked it the first night, but for some reason when I ate the leftovers, I wasn''t as pleased with it. I won''t make it again.
