"The men in my household LOVED this recipe so much they asked to take all the leftovers with them to card night! Seems to be a keeper especially since so quick and easy to make."

"My son loved this but my husband and I were not fans. However, I may try this again and use less rice or try with noodles. Would have preferred more cheese sauce."

"This has become the ONLY beef roast recipe my family uses. Even as leftovers the roast has an excellent flavor with the meat remaining moist and tender. Wonderful"

"My family did not enjoy this soup. I was really excited to try a recipe to use leftover Thansgiving turkey, but I just don't think this is it."

This even pleased my husband who is not a typical Mexican food fan. I used canned chicken, the entire package of taco seasoning and diced jalapenos.

I used leftover chicken but did not change the cooking time so the rice soaked up all the juice resulting in a casserole moreso than soup. I will try again, but next time I will cook the rice and add it during the last 15 minutes. In addition, mixed vegetables will be the rule of thumb in our house.
