Slow-Cooker Cowboy Stew
The men in my household LOVED this recipe so much they asked to take all the leftovers with them to card night! Seems to be a keeper especially since so quick and easy to make.

Cheesy Meatballs and Vegetables
My son loved this but my husband and I were not fans. However, I may try this again and use less rice or try with noodles. Would have preferred more cheese sauce.

Slow-Cooker Caramelized-Onion Pot Roast
This has become the ONLY beef roast recipe my family uses. Even as leftovers the roast has an excellent flavor with the meat remaining moist and tender. Wonderful

Streusel-Pecan Sweet Potatoes
I usually use canned yams so this was a quick and easy alternative. Wonderful and will definitely remain a mainstay side dish in my home all year round.

Nacho Chicken Casserole
This even pleased my husband who is not a typical Mexican food fan. I used canned chicken, the entire package of taco seasoning and diced jalapenos.

Slow-Cooker Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
I used leftover chicken but did not change the cooking time so the rice soaked up all the juice resulting in a casserole moreso than soup. I will try again, but next time I will cook the rice and add it during the last 15 minutes. In addition, mixed vegetables will be the rule of thumb in our house.
