"This was okay. A good way to use up leftover turkey. I followed the recipe exactly except did not use chives in the mix (I didn't have any.) Next time I would definitely add some different vegetables to the mix and more turkey. The peas and carrots were overpowering and adding cheese to the biscuit mix would help give it flavor. A great recipe to start with and add your own ideas!"

"This was an easy, healthy meal that my husband and I tried last night. I used a more dressing than what was called for and baked the chicken at 350 about 15 minutes before broiling. Also, I didn't have fresh tomatoes so I used a can of diced, drained tomatoes. It turned out excellent!"

"I made this yesterday for my husband and I and we enjoyed it. It was easy and fast to fix. The only thing is I think the thyme was a bit overpowering, next time I will cut back on that and maybe add some okra. It would also be good with chicken. Also, I used pre-cooked shrimp and I think it would have been much better if I had used fresh."
