Pizza Pasta Bake
This is a great recipe. I use sliced portabellas instead of canned mushrooms & sautéed them w/the peppers & onions & some garlic. We also grill the italian sausage & use 4 links. i give the husband that job which helps me with the prep! We had red pepper flakes to the final mix. The only thing is making it dirties a lot of dishes & pans w/the prep but a good meal is worth it! My husband loves it!

Buffalo Chex® Mix
I always bake my Chex Mix in the oven instead of microwave. I added a lot more buffalo sauce to the top of it as it was baking after trying it and not tasting the sauce. And make sure you use Buffalo hot sauce and not regular hot sauce. I didn't have celery seed and used celery salt. It is good as Chex Mix is awesome but it doesn't really taste buffalo-ey? We'll see how it tastes tomorrow after its cooled.

Creamy Turkey Mushroom Stroganoff
While a healthier version of stroganoff, this is pretty bland. I wanted to use what I had on hand so substituted light sour cream, canned mushrooms and frozen green beans instead. I didn't measure out the "sauce" ingredients but just eyeballed it so maybe I should have. I bet if you used fresh mushrooms it would make a world of difference sauteed with the onions and garlic.

Healthified Mediterranean-Style Chicken and Pasta
I used okra instead of zucchini, added red pepper flakes for some kick, cooked a package of chicken tenderloins that I shredded and more pasta than the 2 cups they recommend. I put the olives(black) on the side as my husband does not like them! I think this is a great lighter pasta and you don't feel too full after eating!
