"We loved this dish. I used my round 2 & 1/2 quart corning ware dish and next time will buy the large taco size tortillas, as the burrito size was too big and got hard. Also, next time I think I will add olives and black beans...Very yummy and easy to make!"

"Loved this and so did my hubby who is a meat and potatoes kind of guy...I used the reduced fat alfredo sauce and it was delicious as well as easy. Oh, another trick I use for ease it I just through frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot. I do it with all my chicken/crock pot recipes. Just shred or cut up at the end, in the soup or stew..."
