"My daughter made 2 pans of these for our annual 4th of July BBQ and they were a huge hit! She did make a couple of modifications: she used regular lime juice instead of key lime juice and only had enought for 1/2 cup each batch; she didn't have the nuts for the topping so that was omitted; and she didn't have lime peel. Still a very delicious dessert! Just the right amount of lime and the coconut on top really made the dessert. Will definitely be having this dessert again!"

"This is a great macaroni & cheese recipe. My family loves it and requests it over and over. My daughter likes when I use the small seashell macaroni instead of the elbow macaroni - she says that the cheese oozes out and makes it "extra yummy"."

Key Lime Cheesecake Dessert Squares
