i think this may be the recipe i started with...grew up with a betty crocker cookbook. over the years i created a phenomenal recipe for pumpkin bread...won many awards plus multitudes asking me to bake. never wrote it down... wanted to keep it secret to pass down. i've had several strokes...try to re-develop my recipe, hope i've found the right beginning...again

They're just colorful whoopie pies, why not just bake them on a cookie tin? No cutting and better yield for the batter.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
This is a very good base recipe. I doctored it up a bit according to my own taste. Instead of cooked onions, I stirred in thinly sliced raw green onions and one chopped red chille pepper from my garden. Topped it with buttered bread crumbs. Was hoping to snack on cold left overs the next day. That didn't happen! Oh well, Guess I'll have to double the recipe next time. Thanks and keep the wholesome recipes coming.
