Spicy Orange Pork Chops this recipe is soooooo delicious!! my only complaint is that the sweet potatoes were not cooked in the time the recipe calls for. i would suggest cutting them in thinner slices. both times i have made the dish, i ended up microwaving the potatoes and sauce for a few minutes after taking them out of the oven, and the whole thing was delicious. the pork is so tender!
