"I took these to a friend who brought me dinner after a surgery. They were happily received by the family who is not a huge chocolate lover family. I was impressed that they made such a large batch of easily assembled and tasty cookies. One thing I would do different is to chill the log before cutting to avoid cookie spread. I didn't have a problem with sticking. I would recommend using powdered sugar when rolling for a more tender cookie than flour."

"The minute I saw this recipe I knew we would all love it. I am surprised more people haven't reviewed it. The only changes I made was using vegetable broth instead of chicken, and I used a tablespoon of fresh marjoram instead of dried. It is like a risotto instead made with barley. This is so easy, I won't need a recipe next time. My vegetarian daughter was delighted and my picky eater was happy too."

"My family loved this cake. I am a Key Lime Pie person all the way, but my family loves cake and my husband asked for a cake for Fathers Day. This suited all of us, just fine. Easy to make, and this would be such a nice dish at a bridal or baby shower, because it is so rich, a small serving will do."

"I cannot believe how easy and fast this recipe was. It was very tasty with just the perfect texture, soft and moist in the middle and just a touch crisp on the outside. Mine looked just like the photo."
