"This recipe turned out delicious...the meat mixture has a suprising depth of flavor...I used one large onion and twice the amount of green chiles, they're my fav, and it turned out great. The slow cooking process really draws out all the flavors and meshes nicely w/ the other ingredients."

Slow Cooker Layered Enchilada Dinner
