Baking with Splenda
"It's not a good idea .Don't waste the time or money. You can buy a slenda baking mix ( I think it's part splenda part sugar), but I still don't think even that can be substituted for sugar with out making other adjustments. Try this instead of cheese"

"As others have said pulled pork or chicken is a great idea and is always a hit ( not to spicey). It can be served along side rolls so people have the option of sandwiches. Things I have learned are : not to spicey , no "hard chruchies" ie anything coated"

"You can substitute by adding milk flavored with candy flavoring. Check your local bakery or candy making supply store. You may get lucky and find some in your Walmart( never know what they will have). Look where the vanilla and such is and in the wedding"
