"This is a 5 min. put together dinner in the slow cooker. I did not have a large slow cooker so I used my small one and downsize the amounts used. When I started to put the meal together I thought I had everything in the house but I didn't have an apple or carraway seeds but I went ahead and started everything and went to the store later, 4 hr., and then added them, My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. It was a new adventure into German flavor. I also made cheesey biscuits to go with the meal. "

"My husband of 3 years just loved this! It is a quick thing to put together, simple, and great with a salad! I added some corn on top of the meat and made twice as much of of the topping. Love this for a week day or when the grand kids come over. They think it's majic when I make it for them! I have also added some rice that I had left over to it one time. Really great!"
