"First of all, having the GF option is wonderful. Thank you, Betty Crocker. The Cookie mix itself was pretty good; however, I did have to add an additional egg to make it "dough" rather than a sandy mess. Yes, the dough has a bit of a gritty taste, but that is from the white rice flour. As for the finished product, they tasted like a regular homemade cookie that had a little too much flour in it. Overall, I was satisfied and it I plan on giving them another try in the future."
