"This was Delicious. I substituted the tomatoes with Rotel, added a hand full of black beans and a scoop of sour cream, it turned out Great!. I ate 2 servings and my daughter did too. I will definitely be making this on a regular. Thanks Betty! Another Great one. Also recommend the "Pot Pie", another delicious recipe."
