Sloppy Joe Supreme (Reduced Fat Bisquick) My husband and I just loved this recipe! It lasted through two meals and I'm sure I'll make it again soon. Sent it to my daughter who "hates to cook". As retired people, we watch our salt and I marked my recipe to omit the salt next time (enough in the cheese). And I'm an onion lover so might add some chopped onion to the meat next time. Thank you so much! I made this one day last week when I had thawed out a pound of lean ground beef that morning and that was all the plan I had! I just told "Betty" what I had in the cupboard and she came up with this marvelous recipe. What a time saver, and it turned out to be one of our favorites.

Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie I made the Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie a couple nights ago, hoping there would be some left for another meal, or at least a snack! No such luck -- my husband and I cleaned up the whole pie! And it won't be long and I'll make us another one. I can't believe this recipe has been around so long and this is the first time I tried it. Better late than never. Whenever I get compliments on my cupcakes, I always say, "It's just me and Betty..." and give credit where credit is due. Keep up the good work!
